Tips to Detox your BODY:
- Detox Your BODY Try to eat organic produce, meat, and dairy whenever possible
- Microwave and store foods in glass rather than plastic Phase out non-stick pans from your kitchen
- Purify water with carbon filters and use glass or stainless steel water bottles, instead of plastic and bottled water.
- Avoid eating canned food or moist food packaged in plastic Eat slowly and sit down.
- Be intentional and keep food diary Sleep is restorative and necessary.
- Exercise at least one hour 3 times/week. On a daily basis, try to schedule 5-10 minutes of stretching three times a day.
