Tips to Detox your HOME:
- First take an inventory of your regular household cleaning products. Do they have warning labels on them (Poison, danger, caution)? Suggestion: double bag them and put them in out of way safe spot.
- Dump chemical air fresheners, scented candles, and pungent potpourri. If smell is desired look at food based essential oils. Clean does not have a smell. Don’t be lured by smells, instead choose fragrance-free products.
- Avoid personal care products with triclosan or triclocarban., paraben, phthalate and fragrance free products Choose rugs and furniture made out of real wool, wood or other flame retardant-FREE materials.
